We currently offer installment payment options for Klarna, you can check the supported countries on the payment page . Cash on delivery is not currently supported, but we are actively working to introduce more payment methods in the future to make your shopping experience more convenient.

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags and labels must be attached. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

4. How long does it take to deliver?

5. Is the electric scooter pre-assembled?
Yes. Most of our scooters come partially pre-assembled right out of the box.
You will only need to perform a simple final assembly, such as attaching the handlebars. All the necessary tools are included in the package, so you can easily follow the instructions in the user manual.
