Is this scooter legal to ride on the road?
Yes. Every scooter we ship is factory-limited to 25 km/h, which fully complies with the definition of "personal transportation device" in most Eastern European countries like Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania. When you ride on bike paths, no driver‘s license, insurance, or license plate is required – it is completely legal and compliant.
👉 If you need higher speeds (e.g., on private property or closed courses), our scooters support speed limit removal with a simple operation (contact customer service for instructions). For daily commuting, we recommend staying in the legal 25 km/h mode – safe and worry‑free.
How do I choose the right e-scooter for me? What's the difference between the Commuter and Off‑road models?
We offer two main models. Just answer two questions to make the right choice.
👉 What kind of terrain do you ride on most of the time?
- Smooth asphalt, bike paths, sidewalks → Choose the Commuter model. It's lighter (8.5–10 inch tires) and can be folded to take on buses or subways – perfect for daily commuting and grocery runs.
- Gravel, grass, dirt, bumpy old town cobblestones → Choose the Off‑road model. It comes with large off‑road pneumatic tires (10–12 inches) and dual disc brakes for better grip, shock absorption, and stability.
👉 Do you prioritize portability or performance?
- Portability first → Commuter model (lighter overall; honeycomb tire version is completely puncture‑proof and never needs air).
- Performance first → Off‑road model (wider tires, stronger brakes, handles rough terrain better).
💡 Quick tip: If you ride 90% of the time in the city and occasionally on grass or dirt, the Commuter model is more than enough. If you live in the suburbs, often ride on bad roads, or weigh over 100 kg, the Off‑road model will suit you better. Both models can be de‑restricted (speed limit removal) and both come with the same warranty and after‑sales support. Not sure? Is the battery range enough? How many days can I ride on a single charge?
We offer several battery capacity options (e.g., 7.5Ah / 10Ah / 15Ah), with real‑world range between 20–80 km (depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed). For most users:
- Daily commute of 5–10 km → one charge lasts 2–6 days
- Weekend trips to the supermarket or park → more than enough
Charging at home or in the office takes only 4–10 hours (depending on battery capacity and charger). We provide a 6‑month battery warranty: if the range drops by more than 30% under normal use, we will send you a free replacement battery. You don't have to worry about the battery dying after six months.

We have two configurations for different riding scenarios – just pick the one that suits your roads.
Commuter model (city roads)
- Tires: 8.5–10 inch pneumatic / honeycomb tires – lighter weight, easy to carry onto public transport.
- Brakes: Front electronic brake + rear disc brake – stable for daily riding.
Off‑road model (gravel, grass, bumpy roads)
- Tires: 10–12 inch pneumatic off‑road tires – excellent grip, less slipping.
- Brakes: Dual disc brakes (front and rear) – stops firmly even in emergencies.
Water resistance & rain
- Whole scooter rated IPX4 / IP54 – perfectly fine in light rain or wet roads.
- Not recommended in heavy rain or through water deeper than 5 cm.
Puncture resistance & maintenance
- Pneumatic tires come with a self‑healing layer – small nails won‘t cause flats. Honeycomb tires are completely puncture‑proof.
- Brake pads and tires are standard sizes – any bike shop can replace them, and spare parts are affordable.
Bottom line: Choose the right model, and you will hardly ever face a flat tire or weak braking under normal use.
