Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after processing, depending on your location relative to our warehouses.

3. Shipping Exceptions

  • No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, deliveries may experience a short delays.
  • If significant delays occur, we will proactively notify you via email.

4. Transit Time

Please allow additional transit time for unforeseen shipping delays.

All orders are shipped to European Union countries (excluding the United Kingdom). Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €79. For orders under €79, a flat shipping fee of €12 applies.

Shipping Accuracy & Restrictions

    Customer Responsibility
    Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. CyberCart™ is not liable for:
    1. Missing/delayed packages
    2. Shipping damage
    3. Any losses resulting from incorrect address information

    Address Restrictions
    We cannot deliver to:
    1. P.O. Boxes
    2. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
    3. The United Kingdom

Damaged Shipments

    Immediate Action Required
    If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Save all original packaging and damaged items—these are required for carrier claims
