We accept product returns. Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 business days of delivery without needing to provide a reason, as long as the product meets our return conditions.

1. Resi gratuiti (prodotti non utilizzati)

Customers may request a free return within thirty (30) days of purchase (or delivery, if later) if the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact. A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.


For machine products, free returns or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. For returns made between 31 and 60 days of purchase, if the issue is not related to product quality, only 70% of the purchase price will be refunded.

2. Prodotti difettosi o danneggiati

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by CyberCart™ , customers may contact our after-sales service team within 30 days of purchase for a free return and full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Processo di rimborso

1. Emissione del rimborso

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 2-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
  • 1) Check your bank or credit card statement.
