We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Our warehouses are located in:Germany,France,Poland,United Kingdom.


Depending on your location, your order may be shipped from the nearest available warehouse to ensure faster delivery.


Note: If you order accessories (such as helmets, seats, or other add-ons) along with a main product (e.g., electric scooters, e-bikes, or walking pads), they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and may arrive at different times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier information
  • Date and time of shipment
  • Order status
  • Tracking number(s)

Procesarea comenzii și timpul de livrare

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location and proximity to our nearest warehouse.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (0–2 business days) + Shipping Time (2–5 business days)

3. Shipping Exceptions

  • No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, there may be short delays.
  • In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

CyberCart covers all taxes and customs duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery
