Program Rules & Terms

  • Points are earned at the rate of 500 points per €100 spent (before tax and shipping).
  • Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase completion.
  • Rewards can be redeemed once you have accumulated enough points for your desired reward.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no purchases or point-earning activities).
  • The referral program is limited to one reward per referred customer.
  • Points cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless otherwise specified.
  • CyberCart reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time with notice to members.
  • Any fraudulent activity related to point accumulation will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all points.
