CyberCart Terms and Sales

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of electric scooters, electric bicycles, hoverboards, and treadmills (hereinafter "Products") by CyberCart to consumers in the European Union (excluding the UK). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. For orders under €99, a standard shipping fee of €12 applies within reasonable delivery areas, calculated based on your address. Our main carriers are DHL, DPD, and GLS. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed.

We support most major European payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and Klarna for installment payments—so you can shop with confidence knowing your preferred option is available.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

CyberCart is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. We collect and process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all EU countries (excluding the UK). Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

8. Warranty

All Products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category:

• Electric scooters: 12 months
• Electric bicycles: 24 months (12 months for battery)
• Hoverboards: 12 months
• Treadmills: 12 months

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

9. Liability

CyberCart's liability in connection with any Product sold shall not exceed the purchase price of such Product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Europe.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
